We are seeking an experienced project manager / site supervisor for our client on a permanent basis in Southwest Finland. This is a direct hire, where you will be employed directly by the company. We offer a diverse and responsible role in a growing electrical and automation company, where you will participate in the entire project lifecycle from planning to implementation and handover. The job content can be tailored according to your skills and experience. Job Tasks As a project manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of electrical and automation projects. Your duties will include: - Project planning, scheduling, and overall management - Supervisory tasks and guiding your own team - Tendering for supplies and materials - Cost estimation and supporting the bidding phase - Technical planning and documentation of projects - Creating circuit diagrams - Monitoring project execution and coordinating the handover phase - Depending on your experience, also acquiring new customers and developing business Projects may focus either on industrial electrical and automation solutions or building electrical contracting, depending on your expertise. What do we expect from you? - Technician or engineer education in electrical engineering - Experience in project management, supervisory roles, or similar responsibilities - Ability to lead projects and people decisively - Cost and schedule awareness - Proactive and solution-oriented work approach - Experience with Admicom software is considered an advantage - We value experience in electrical and automation projects, cost estimation, design work, and customer interface.
