Job Description

We are currently seeking a versatile and goal-oriented Solution Sales/Key Account Manager for our growth customer Salto Systems Oy to strengthen the Finnish sales team. This is not a traditional Key Account Manager role focused mainly on maintaining existing customer relationships. In this position, your primary task is to identify new business opportunities, generate and manage leads, actively influence end customers early in projects, and help grow Salto's market position and brand awareness in Finland together with the reseller network. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting resellers through training and other sales-related tasks (project management, quotation calculation, etc.). If you are enthusiastic about active new customer acquisition, technical solution sales, and long-term customer work, and have experience working with resellers in a sales role, you might be the person we are looking for. Job Tasks As Solution Sales Manager, you will play a significant role in building Salto Systems' growth in Finland, including: * Actively identifying new business opportunities * Contacting new end customers confidently and building long-term customer relationships * Influencing projects during their planning phase together with developers, property owners, designers, architects, and other decision-makers * Utilizing various project and quotation services to identify new projects * Working closely with Salto's extensive reseller network * Training new resellers together with the sales team * Participating actively in trade shows, customer events, training, and other sales activities * Acting as an expert and brand ambassador for the Salto product portfolio in the market The role involves extensive travel within Finland and occasionally abroad. The team is relatively small (fewer than 10 people), and the work style is hybrid, meaning you can work both remotely and in the office in Vantaa (moving to Espoo expected in early 2027). Due to the nature of the work, your weekly schedule may vary.
