You will meet residents at their homes in detached and small housing areas to ensure everyone joins the fiber project. The role is versatile and independent: contacting customers, assessing their needs, managing the sales process from start to finish, and closing deals. You have a team around you but the freedom to make your own results. You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and support from your team leader. We offer a stable base salary of €12.7/hour plus a commission model with no ceiling: €70–€250 per sale, plus monthly bonuses.
