Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team responsible for deploying cutting-edge conversational AI agents used by millions. Work hands-on across Python, TypeScript and asynchronous systems to design, build and iterate on AI agents that solve complex customer problems. Collaborate closely with product, design, research and enterprise customers to translate real-world pain points into robust AI solutions. Help drive engineering strategy, influence platform evolution, and contribute to a world-class agent development environment. Build and shape a new engineering hub. Ship impactful AI agents end-to-end with full ownership and autonomy. Work in-office with top engineers solving technically challenging, industry-defining problems.
