Roof installer – here it is! Your opportunity to strengthen our installation team at the Porvoo branch. This work is carried out by a team of four. We start our day together at the warehouse before heading to the site. During the workday, we do what we promise, and everyone takes responsibility for their part. Our installation work has clear goals, which we actively monitor. Our working methods, management, and tools support achieving these goals. Everyone is responsible for their own safety, which we never compromise on. We also take care of personal equipment and supplies. Your immediate supervisor will be our site manager Arttu in Porvoo. You will receive thorough training for your role and integration into our team. With a proactive attitude, you will quickly get up to speed. Help is always nearby if needed. Why join us? In your role, you will carry out roof renovations that meet our clients’ expectations. It would be good if you have some experience with waterproof roofing. However, years of experience are not the main thing; we value willingness to learn and take responsibility for your work and its results. Your experience should give you confidence in your work and a systematic approach. You understand that planning and teamwork influence workload. Hard work and perseverance are also characteristic traits. Good physical condition is a big advantage. Our working language is Finnish, and you should be proficient in it.
