Job Description
You will be part of the AMER Solutions Consulting team for Mirakl Connect, leading a team of 2 Solutions Consultants. The role involves engaging with high-value customers pre- and post-sale, developing scalable onboarding systems, and leveraging AI and automation tools to improve time-to-value and customer experience. The position is hybrid, with 4 days in Boston and 1 day remote weekly.
