We are now looking for social and health care professionals for summer positions from July to September. Final-year students are also considered. Kasvunkoti Sampsa is a specialized foster care unit located in the peaceful environment of Järvenperä, Espoo, with seven places for under 18-year-olds with special needs. The role involves supporting children and youth with developmental and/or neuropsychiatric diagnoses, working with families and networks, and handling challenging situations with a team. The work includes guiding and supporting children and youth, participating in rehabilitation, and planning activities based on individual strengths and interests. Requirements include social and health care studies or equivalent, ability to work in shifts, Finnish language skills, a driving license, and the ability to drive a manual car. Rinnekodit is a smoke-free and drug-free workplace. The team includes nurses, social workers, and a unit manager.
