Job Description
The role combines practical cleaning work and team leadership: you help your team achieve their goals and ensure our customers receive top-quality cleaning services every day. You will work independently as the right hand to the regional supervisor. You are responsible for your team’s daily performance and act as a key link between your team and the supervisor. Your main focus areas are work quality, consistency of operations, good communication, and improving your team’s skills in the cleaning field. We mainly clean private homes, so your work will involve tangible and meaningful tasks to make our customers’ daily lives easier. Most of our customers have regular cleaning services, but we also perform one-time cleaning jobs such as move-out cleaning and window washing.
