Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics Manager for the Imatra factories responsible for intermediate and finished product warehouses, roll dispatches, and logistics personnel management. The role is central in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-oriented material flow from factory to customer. You will oversee daily logistics operations, develop safety, quality, and efficiency, lead staff, and collaborate with production, maintenance, supply chain, and customers. You will also prioritize development and investment projects, lead a professional team, and be active in the factory's network. Requirements include a suitable higher education degree, experience in industrial logistics, personnel management, safety, change management, and operational leadership, along with excellent Finnish and English skills. Preferred experience includes process industry, SAP, Lean, and continuous improvement.
