Job Description
kW-set Oy is a Nordic company specializing in backup power systems. We collaborate with major European manufacturers and are the importer of Cummins backup power units and diesel generators. Our product range includes industrial-grade diesel generators from 11 kVA to 3750 kVA, with larger capacities possible with parallel units. We are also an authorized and certified partner of Legrand, offering UPS backup systems, power strips, and transformers. Thanks to our extensive supplier network, we can always provide the best solutions to ensure cost-effective and reliable power supply for our customers. Our turnover in 2025 was approximately 50 million euros. We are looking for a Design Manager to lead the design of backup power systems and develop technical solutions for demanding customer projects. As Design Manager, you will oversee the entire design activity for backup power solutions, lead a team of 6 specialists, and ensure our solutions are technically high-quality and tailored to customer needs. You will also coordinate the planning of container solution manufacturing.
