Shift Supervisors for Rovaniemi - Tilitoimisto Tosite Oy (WP Henkilöstöpalvelut) - Rovaniemi, Finland

We are seeking skilled and motivated shift supervisors for our client company in Rovaniemi to oversee the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your task is to lead your team decisively throughout your shift while maintaining customer satisfaction and a positive work environment. Additionally, you will serve as a key link between the kitchen and the floor, ensuring smooth communication. We expect from applicants: * Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in supervisory roles * Good interaction and leadership skills * Ability to work under pressure and make independent decisions * Customer-oriented and results-driven work attitude * Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends * Good command of English; Finnish language skills are an advantage. This is seasonal work. The season in Rovaniemi begins in September 2026, but you can start later by agreement. The employment need extends until April 2027.
