About the Role As a Bus cleaner , you will play an important role in ensuring that buses are clean, safe, and ready for service before drivers begin their shifts. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of vehicles within the depot area. Key Responsibilities - Refueling buses - Cleaning the interior and exterior of buses - Checking and replenishing necessary fluids - Moving buses safely within the depot area, such as between parking areas, washing facilities, and fueling stations - Ensuring buses are prepared and ready for operational use Working Hours The work is primarily scheduled during evening and night shifts on weekdays, typically between 18:00 and 06:00. Weekend shifts are also available. Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants must have: - A validCategory C or Category D driving licence - A responsible attitude and strong work ethic - The ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Safe driving practices and attention to detail Previous experience in cleaning or vehicle maintenance is not required, as full training will be provided.
