We are seeking a construction site supervisor with experience in renovation projects and project management. The role involves overseeing quality, compliance, and safety on construction sites, coordinating with clients, suppliers, authorities, subcontractors, and staff. Responsibilities include managing renovation projects, procurement, scheduling, budget monitoring, change order calculations, invoice approval, and collaboration with clients and project supervisors. The ideal candidate has experience in renovation projects, financial management understanding, strong organizational and communication skills, practical and proactive work attitude, firmness, transparency, stress tolerance, positive and solution-oriented mindset, and experience with modern project management systems.
