Location: Berlin (Hybrid) or Germany (Home Office) As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Accountant (m/f/d) to join our Finance team in Berlin. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our financial processes. You'll work closely with experienced team members in an international, fast-paced environment and gain exposure across a broad range of accounting activities. Responsibilities include managing financial records, bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance with German GAAP and tax regulations, invoice approval, accruals, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, payments, balance sheet and income statement reconciliation, VAT and tax reports, and supporting financial statements and audits. Your profile requires 1-2 years of experience in accounting, fluency in German and good English, an academic degree in Accounting or equivalent, experience with bookkeeping, ERP tools (NetSuite), attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork in multicultural environments. Knowledge of German Local GAAP and Taxation is an advantage.
