We offer solid and tested training combining external education at the Insurance Academy with ongoing internal training. You will quickly feel prepared to handle the phone and as you gain experience, more opportunities will open in one of Denmark's strongest insurance groups. From July 1, 2025, Topdanmark became part of If Skadeforsikring. In this role, you will focus on Topdanmark's brand and products for private customers. We have an exciting customer segment with great potential and aim to constantly attract new customers. You will contact existing customers via phone to sell them a larger or full insurance package with all its benefits. You will also hold meetings with new customers to provide the best solutions on the market and onboard them. You work with our intelligent dialing system that helps prioritize your tasks so you can focus on what you do best. You can largely decide your working hours within our opening hours from 8:00 to 18:00. When you are well-trained, remote work is also possible.
