Sales Assistant (10-15h/week) K-Supermarket Koskenala, Seinäjoki - Kesko Oyj - Seinäjoki, Suomi

We are looking for two sales assistants. One position is a parental leave replacement, estimated duration about 10 months. K-Supermarket Koskenala will be a versatile, active, and seasonal grocery store. Our staff's top priority is the customer and exceeding customer expectations! We focus on easy and pleasant shopping experiences and a high-quality selection that fits every budget. Our core includes fruits and vegetables, fresh products from the Food World service counter, and meals prepared in our own kitchen for small or large appetites. Our location near the hospital and recreational spots requires excellent snack and beverage options. Besides local residents, we will serve passersby in a busy traffic junction. Additional services include online orders via K-Ruoka.fi, Posti, and other parcel services. You will work in your own area of responsibility as well as other store tasks. The store owner and staff will transfer from K-Market Kärki to K-Supermarket Koskenala. We are already working at a brisk pace but in a relaxed and fun team. We are now looking for more team members. Your duties include customer service at the checkout, active sales work, unloading, ensuring shelf availability and store condition, and other store tasks. Experience in professional kitchen work is an advantage, allowing you to work also in the store kitchen and service counter. We value responsibility, efficiency, and careful work attitude. The work emphasizes evenings and weekends. Your role is crucial in ensuring a successful shopping experience for customers. We hope you have a cheerful and open customer service attitude, initiative, flexibility, stress tolerance, ability to work alone and in a team, eagerness to learn, Finnish language skills, and are at least 18 years old. You should be able to work all store hours (early mornings to late nights, seven days a week). Experience in retail is a plus but not necessary as we will train you.
