Home care is part of the services supporting independent living at home. The goal of home care is to support clients in living in their own homes for as long as possible. Our office is located in Atala, and our area extends to the northern parts of Tampere. The area is divided into three nursing teams, within which a responsible nurse model is implemented. As a home care practical nurse, you work in clients' homes, which makes your work independent, mobile, and varied. Your work is diverse, human-centered care and nursing. We use the latest technology daily, such as medication automats and video call systems. We value an enthusiastic and brave attitude, as well as good teamwork and work skills. Our team is open, positive, and collaborative. The customer is at the center of our activities, but work endurance and a good sense of humor are also important. Everyone can be themselves with us. It does not matter whether you are an experienced professional or a recent graduate, as we will train you for your important role, and a skilled team is always there to support you. We use task-based shift planning, so you can influence your shifts. The employer also provides coffee and tea. We may select you for the position if you are a licensed practical nurse (social welfare) or a basic nurse. We require the successful candidate to have passed the LOVe medication management online test. You can update your medication skills immediately at the start of employment if needed. Additionally, you need a category B driving license to perform the role. We will agree with you on the start date for a permanent position. The working hours are full-time, averaging 38 hours and 15 minutes per week. A six-month probationary period applies. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract according to section 6, paragraph 4 of the Criminal Records Act before starting employment.
