Sales Assistant - Roi Star Oy - Rovaniemi, Finland

We are looking for three full-time sales assistants for the upcoming season on fixed-term contracts. The contract duration is from early October to the end of March (5-12.10.2026 - 14-21.3.2027). We are seeking sales assistants for the pink Tiinuska, Tiinuska Side alley, and the popup store opening in October. Sales assistants will move flexibly between stores as needed. The ideal candidate has a proactive customer service attitude, speaks fluent English, and is self-initiated. Please note that our stores are open every day during the Christmas season, and we cannot guarantee longer holidays during Christmas. Work tasks include customer service, unpacking and restocking goods, maintaining store cleanliness, social media activities, and other store work. We require applicants to: - Be careful, responsible, and proactive - Have a customer-oriented approach - Have excellent Finnish language skills and good English language skills The work begins in early October and lasts until the end of March. Approximately 40 hours per week. Salary is in accordance with the hospitality sector collective agreement.
