NESTING OPERATOR / LASER AND SHEET METAL WORKING MACHINE PROGRAMMER - Staffgate Oy - Vaasa, Finland

We are looking for a skilled nesting operator / programmer for laser and sheet metal working machines for our client, to perform diverse tasks in the metal industry. In this role, you will be responsible for programming production, nesting, and efficient use of materials as part of a professional production team. The job is suitable for a person with experience in sheet metal processing, reading technical drawings, and CNC programming. We value proactive work attitude, precision, and a desire to improve production efficiency. Your tasks include programming laser and sheet metal working machines, performing nesting for production, optimizing production work orders and materials, reading technical drawings, collaborating with production and design, developing production quality and efficiency. We hope you have experience in programming laser and/or sheet metal working machines, experience with nesting programs and CAD/CAM software, ability to read technical drawings, education in the metal industry or equivalent work experience, a precise and systematic working style, and good teamwork skills.
