Registered Nurse, Tyks Medical Service Area Visiting Staff, Turku - Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue - Turku, Finland

We are seeking a registered nurse for the visiting staff in the Medical Service Area on a permanent basis. Your tasks The visiting nursing staff work in the Medical units of Tyks Central Hospital as needed for patient care. The work unit may change daily, so no two days are the same. The working area includes 4-6 different units, such as Internal Medicine Ward 1, Internal Medicine Ward 2, Infection and Dermatology Ward, Hematology Ward and Stem Cell Transplant Unit, Medical Day Surgery, Internal Medicine Outpatient Clinic, Respiratory Diseases Units, and the Dialysis Unit of the Central Hospital. The work involves two-shift work, and through our communal shift planning, you can influence your own work schedule. We value expertise and support its continuous development. What we expect from you Good teamwork skills, a responsible work approach, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing situations are advantages in this versatile role. We expect you to have solid competence in nursing tasks. Experience in medical nursing is considered an advantage, but the most important thing is interest in the field and a good attitude. The eligibility requirement for the position is a license as a registered nurse according to the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994). Additionally, good oral and written Finnish language skills are required. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
