We are seeking a project coordinator to support the implementation of the SisuKainuu project. The project develops inter-municipal cooperation in basic education and pilots new operational models. The position is temporary, starting on 1.9.2026 or as agreed, until 31.7.2028. The coordinator's responsibilities include: - Coordinating daily project activities and scheduling - Organizing workshops and network events - Collaborating with participants (teachers, principals, students, guardians) - Practical implementation of data collection and evaluation - Preparing communications and materials - Supporting reporting. The project develops curriculum cooperation, remote and hybrid teaching, and pedagogical models. We require experience in project work or development activities, good organizational and collaboration skills, and communication expertise. Experience in basic education and the education sector, data collection, evaluation, or surveys, as well as digital skills, are considered an advantage. The required qualification is a suitable higher university degree. Salary is based on KVTES, with a level-based salary of 3239.00 €/month plus possible experience bonus.
