Job Description
Destia is looking for multiple construction site engineers for projects starting in spring 2026 in Northern Ostrobothnia. The role involves ensuring project schedules, quality, safety, and environmental standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, reporting, environmental engineering, cost management, change management, safety oversight, quality assurance, and collaboration with project managers and stakeholders. The position is permanent, primarily on-site, with travel readiness required. Candidates should have a suitable technical degree (e.g., Engineer AMK, DI), experience in quality, safety, scheduling, or environmental tasks, good IT skills, and proficiency in Finnish and English.
