Job Description

You will be responsible for renewals and upsells with a defined set of Nexthink largest existing accounts. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services, in supporting our most esteemed clients. You will provide strategic leadership to clients, manage all executive relationships, develop solutions based on customer outcomes, oversee worldwide account development, build trust through multi-tiered relationships, develop roadmaps, and achieve financial targets including licenses, renewals, and professional services. Nexthink is a leader in digital employee experience management software, providing IT leaders with insights to diagnose and fix issues proactively, supporting over 1,200 customers and 15 million employees worldwide.
