4H Activity Coordinator, Apprenticeship or Training Contract - Hämeenlinnan Seudun 4H-yhdistys ry - Hämeenlinna, Finland

We are seeking a 4H activity coordinator for children and youth group activities starting in autumn 2026, under an apprenticeship or training contract. The activities are organized in Hämeenlinna city center, Iittala, Hauho, Lammila, Tuulos, Hattula, and Janakkala. Responsibilities include guiding 4H hobby clubs, mentoring youth leaders, school club activities, youth training, and other events organized by the association. The coordinator manages groups and supports youth leaders in practical tasks. The work involves ideation, planning, and implementation. A typical day may include planning and preparing activities in the office, guiding school clubs, and leading hobby clubs in the evening. The ideal candidate is energetic and flexible, yet firm when needed. - Do you get along well with children and youth and work confidently with your personality? - Do you enjoy generating ideas and inspiring others, but above all, taking action and engaging in child-centered activities aligned with 4H values? - Are you passionate about crafts, cooking, baking, nature, or do you have other special skills? This is a fixed-term apprenticeship/training contract. The position is suitable for career changers. A personal vehicle is necessary due to the mobile nature of the work, with multiple work sites within the association's area. Mileage allowance is paid according to tax authority guidelines.
