Job Description
Valokuitunen builds fiber optic networks in urban areas across Finland. As demand increases and our operations expand, we are now looking for an active, ambitious B2B salesperson who enjoys working with people in Uusimaa. Welcome, the future awaits! As a B2B salesperson, your main task is to sell fiber optic solutions to potential property management company clients interested in fiber optics. Daily tasks include contacting, meeting, and maintaining relationships with representatives of property management companies. You will have the opportunity to build long-term customer relationships and create excellent customer experiences. The position is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hours per week, primarily during weekday evenings and nights. In the role - You will gain experience and skills in sales: sales are conducted face-to-face at customers’ doors, by phone, and via email, as well as at property management meetings. - You will gain experience in selling and marketing digital solutions to property management companies through multiple channels. - You will have autonomy and responsibility, with opportunities to develop your sales skills. - You will work with skilled and top colleagues at Valokuitunen. - Your base salary is €13.50/hour, plus a commission model. Your target income will be approximately €3,500–€4,500/month. - You will receive comprehensive training and learn important skills relevant to your tasks. - You need a car and a B-driving license; mileage allowances and daily allowances are paid. We value applicants with an ambitious and goal-oriented attitude, courage to present products to larger groups, for example at property management meetings. The role requires a systematic, active, and independent work approach, with immediate support from the team. A thorough onboarding process is provided, with training days scheduled separately before starting. Previous sales experience is an advantage, and proficiency in Finnish is mandatory.
