Esperi Hoivakoti Almahemmet is a warm and safe home for 28 elderly residents, offering round-the-clock care aimed at maintaining residents' existing resources for as long as possible. Located in a peaceful yet central area of Kemiönsaari, it is within walking distance of services and bus stops. The facility fosters a positive work environment where staff learn from each other and support each other's development. The role begins with comprehensive training provided by experienced nurses and caregivers, covering basic care, outdoor activities, health monitoring, medication management, various procedures, and care plan development. The caregiver also participates in palliative care, providing dignified, personalized, and safe care during residents' final stages of life. The position is permanent, full-time, and involves three-shift work starting from August 3, 2026, or as agreed. The salary follows the social and health care sector collective agreement, with a recruitment bonus of 1000€. Requirements include being a qualified caregiver, holding valid medication licenses (or able to obtain them at the start), hygiene passport, vaccination protection, proficiency in Finnish and Swedish, and a willingness to present a criminal record extract before starting.
