Tritonia Library is a separate institute of the University of Vaasa, providing library and information services as well as open science services to the university, Vaasa University of Applied Sciences, and Yrkeshögskolan Novia's Vaasa and Pietarsaari units. We are seeking a director responsible for developing and leading Tritonia Library. The position is permanent and begins in September 2026 or as agreed. The director will oversee the library's operations, finances, and strategy implementation, support research, teaching, and learning, promote digital and open science services, lead staff, develop skills and well-being, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate with university/organization management and national and international networks. The position reports to the Vice Rector of Research at the University of Vaasa.
