Assistant for Global Youth MIDORI platform (CTC1) - UNU - Remote - Global

The Assistant for Global Youth MIDORI platform will undertake various tasks for the Global Youth MIDORI platform, including developing online training programs, supporting participants, and facilitating networking. The role involves logistical support, partnership development, outreach activities, and performing other duties as requested by the Programme Manager and Coordinator. The position aims to enhance youth capacity to address biodiversity loss and global challenges through online training, conferences, and outreach activities. The candidate should have completed high school or a relevant bachelor’s degree, experience in youth capacity-building activities related to climate change or sustainability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other UN languages is an advantage. The position is part-time, based in Tokyo, Japan, with a daily fee of JPY 15,800, working an average of 4 days per month, from July 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
