We are seeking TIG and MIG welders for several clients in the Kanta-Häme region, including both those at the beginning of their careers and experienced professionals who can read and interpret customer drawings. Job description: The work involves TIG and MIG welding of various steel structures. Daily tasks focus on materials with a thickness of 310 millimeters, and most work is done on black steel, which accounts for about 95 percent of all materials handled. There are also small amounts of special alloys, which add variety and sometimes require a slightly different approach. We expect from you: * TIG and MIG welding skills * Ability to read and interpret work drawings * Precision and careful work attitude * Teamwork skills and initiative * Valid occupational safety card and hot work permit * Ability to work in shifts * Own car for commuting to the workplace Advantages: * Welding certifications Salary is based on skills and experience, ranging between €15 and €19 per hour. The employment initially is a fixed-term full-time contract, with the possibility of direct employment with our client afterward.
