Project Lead - Smart Edu Bridge Oy - Vaasa, Finland

The Program Lead will manage and drive the execution of Smartedu Bridges interational mobility program, ensuring high-quality operations, strong partner relationships, and successful candidate placements. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on program management. Key Responsibilities -Manage day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring efficient coordination and delivery. -Build and maintain relationships with partner agencies, employers, and institutional stakeholders in Finland and internationally. -Lead candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and placement processes in alignment with program standards. Develop workflows, monitoring systems, and reporting frameworks to track program performance and outcomes. -Ensure compliance with Finnish labour regulations, ethical recruitment standards, and organizational policies. -Support and guide junior staff, interns, or coordinators involved in program delivery. -Identify opportunities for program improvements, new partnerships, and growth. -Represent Smartedu Bridge in partner meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements. Requirements:- 3–5 years of experience in international education, recruitment, mobility programs, or workforce placement. -Solid understanding of Finnish labour market practices and international recruitment frameworks. -Experience in stakeholder and partnership management. -Ability to lead processes, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results efficiently. -Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills. -Fluency in Finnish and English is mandatory.
