Property Maintenance Worker for Haapavesi and Ylivieska - Aaltovoima Logistiikka Oy

We are seeking a skilled property maintenance worker for our client in the Haapavesi and Ylivieska area for a fixed-term position. In the property maintenance role: - You will work mostly independently on property maintenance tasks related to commercial properties and housing companies in the Haapavesi and Ylivieska area. You will travel to work sites using the company vehicle. - Your tasks include waste collection and other outdoor area maintenance tasks, such as lawn mowing in summer and snow removal and gritting in winter. On flag days, tasks also include raising and lowering flags. - In addition to outdoor work, you will perform various property maintenance and inspection tasks indoors. - Working hours are Monday to Friday, with at least 20 hours per week. On-call duties may also be required. - The work begins according to agreement during June, and the position is available for approximately one year. We expect from you: - A proactive attitude, independent and initiative-taking work approach. - A property maintenance qualification or at least two years of relevant work experience, and good Finnish language skills. - Suitability for physical work and resilience to work in all weather conditions. - A valid B driver’s license and safety training card. - Suitability for on-call work for additional compensation.
