Finland's changing seasons are a richness but pose challenges for dressing. As a domestic store, we understand the demands of Finnish weather best, making fashionable and practical dressing easy. We are looking for a sales assistant for the Luhta Brand Store in Rovaniemi for 12 hours per week, permanent employment. Are you energetic, service-minded, proactive, and responsible? If yes, this opportunity might be for you! In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, following the chain's customer promise and customer satisfaction goals. You will implement the sales model according to the chain's concept. Our values—internal entrepreneurship, renewal, teamwork, and responsibility—guide how we achieve our goals. Our store complements every wardrobe with shoes and accessories. You will find functional outfits for outdoor and leisure activities, suitable for nature, city, home, and hobbies. Domesticity is also reflected in our product selection, which includes brands like Icepeak, Rukka, and Your FACE. The position is permanent, with an average of 12 hours per week, with a 26-week smoothing period. You will succeed best if you are flexible, open-minded, brave, enthusiastic about work, and a customer service-oriented professional. The job suits students or those seeking additional hours. You have the ability to meet people in a service-minded atmosphere, want to develop in your work, enjoy sales, and are positive and approachable. You are motivated by top results and ready to work for them. We require applicants to be of legal age and fluent in Finnish. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is necessary.
