Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction activities from planning through project completion and handover to Operations
  • Manage and coordinate General Contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
  • Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with Design, Security, Operations, and Project Management teams
  • Develop and track project schedules with stakeholders
  • Lead weekly progress meetings
  • Support procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of equipment
  • Monitor site progress, contractor performance, and resource utilization
  • Ensure safety requirements are followed and incidents are reported
  • Ensure commissioning activities meet standards
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience managing contractors and construction activities within complex projects
  • Experience from data centers, industrial facilities, energy projects, or critical infrastructure environments is highly beneficial
  • Good understanding of construction scheduling, quality management, commissioning, health and safety, and contractor management
  • Broad knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and CSA systems is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
