Senior Operations Supervisor, Oulu - Casa Delivery Ab Oy - Oulu, Finland

As Senior Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for the efficient management of operations in Oulu. You have overall responsibility for daily activities and act as a frontline supervisor for approximately 10 logistics, terminal, and installation specialists. You ensure that routines and processes function appropriately and monitor key performance indicators. You work closely with operations and participate in fieldwork as needed. We are looking for someone with: Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or household appliance installation; Several years of experience leading large work communities or teams; At least secondary education; Good IT skills; Proficiency in Finnish, both spoken and written. Job tasks: Responsible for daily operations; Monitor key performance indicators and ensure operational efficiency; Lead and support staff; Participate in operational fieldwork as needed.
