Production worker in the food industry, Kouvola We are looking for two production workers for our client in Kouvola in a permanent position at a growing food company. The work is performed in three shifts, and the employment is permanent. Job Description As a production worker, you will be responsible for various tasks in food production. The duties include: * Preparing and packaging products according to production plans * Weighing raw materials * Preparing production and packaging lines * Operating and monitoring process equipment and machinery * Documenting production activities and maintaining records * Performing quality control tasks and sampling * Following allergen management instructions * Cleaning equipment and recording cleaning activities * Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment. What do we expect from you? You will succeed if you are proactive, careful, and responsible. We especially value: * Previous experience in production or food industry tasks (not mandatory) * Precise and systematic work approach * Willingness to perform physical work * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Stress tolerance and eagerness to learn new skills * Good Finnish language skills * Willingness to work in three shifts.
