Recruitment Team Lead - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is searching for a Team Lead. As a Recruiting Team Lead, you will contribute to Korn Ferry’s growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services to our clients. The Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project deliverables. A key objective of the role is to ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction is consistently maintained and achieved. Key Responsibilities include building a knowledge base of client’s business, managing project end to end, ensuring quality assurance, minimizing risks, building trust with client stakeholders, managing expectations, increasing customer satisfaction, preparing project reviews, communicating project information, escalating issues, updating systems, conducting quality checks, developing reporting, and ensuring timely delivery. Required Skills include a bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience, minimum five years of recruiting experience, team management experience, understanding of full life cycle recruiting, recruiting metrics, SLA’s/SOW, proficiency in MS Office and ATS, HR laws, leadership skills, data analysis, planning, communication, customer orientation, cultural interaction, and interpersonal skills.
