Job Description
We are currently hiring a caretaker for our customer sites in Kemi. The role involves maintaining various property types such as hotels, commercial, and office buildings. The work is mainly based in Kemi, with on-call duties and possible cover shifts across the West Lapland area including Kemi, Tornio, and Tervola. The job combines indoor and outdoor tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and monitoring of technical systems, as well as outdoor upkeep like snow removal and ice control. Working hours are typically weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30, with a weekly on-call shift approximately every 4-5 weeks requiring 24/7 readiness. The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week), permanent, starting as soon as possible. Compensation is at least according to the Property Services collective agreement (12.88 €/h), with possible additional pay for overtime, training, and personal skills.
