Job Description We are seeking an experienced and insightful project manager or project coordinator (title to be specified based on the selected candidate's background) to coordinate the preliminary studies and development phase of a significant energy infrastructure project for our client. In this role, you will play a key part in a project that creates future technology and industrial solutions by utilizing existing large-scale electrical infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to influence the development of green transition and modern data infrastructure (such as data center projects) in Finland. Your location can be anywhere in Finland. Responsibilities - Responsible for the technical coordination and advancement of the project, particularly regarding electrical grid connections and high-voltage systems - Assess and map the utilization possibilities of current electrical grid capacity in new, energy-intensive downstream applications - Work closely with various stakeholders, such as the transmission system operator, authorities, and technical experts - Ensure project progress according to schedule and report findings to the steering group We are looking for - Practical experience with high-voltage systems (110 kV) and electrical networks; understanding of how large-scale power supply and connections are managed and developed - Fluent Finnish and English language skills - Relevant technical educational background (e.g., electrical power engineering engineer or MSc) - Previous experience in design or projects - Independent, solution-oriented work approach and excellent collaboration skills Recruitment Process Academic Work handles this recruitment on behalf of the client, and all questions related to the position should be directed to Academic Work.
