Are you interested in a supervisory role with young people at the Skate Hall Sauma and the youth space Olkkari located in the same premises? The supervisor's duties at the skate hall include working and supervising in the hall and the youth space Olkkari. Practical tasks include cashier work, cleaning and maintenance of the hall, presence, and supervision. Additionally, the job involves planning, developing, and implementing activities in collaboration with young people, other supervisors, and hall users. Olkkari, the youth space at the skate hall, is a place for young people to spend their free time, engaging in activities such as playing billiards, gaming, board games, crafts, listening to music, meeting other young people and adults. We are open on weeknights and Saturdays. The parking area of the skate hall serves people of all ages and skill levels. We offer alternative sports activities such as skateboarding, scootering, and BMX biking. Prior knowledge of these sports is not required; visitors are happy to teach and share their knowledge. We require applicants to have relevant professional or suitable vocational education, studies, work experience, or interest in the field. You should be self-motivated, proactive, flexible, possess teamwork and communication skills, as well as planning and supervisory abilities. Having a car is advantageous. Working hours are 6-20 hours per week. We believe every child and young person has the right to growth and a good life.
