We are looking for proactive and energetic team players to work in fresh departments as part of a skilled team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of your departments and ensure their successful functioning, shelf availability, and appropriate selection. The position begins at K-Citymarket Easton, where you will familiarize yourself with the store's practices and work as part of a professional team. Later, you will transfer to the new K-Supermarket Itis team as the operation starts. As a responsible sales assistant for fresh departments, you will actively participate in daily activities across multiple departments and be part of a larger team. Besides your departments, you will work flexibly with other store sections and participate in ordering activities as needed. The role also includes cashier work, especially during busy times and when the cashier team is on break. You will be responsible for ordering, display planning, campaigns, seasonal planning, and maintaining cleanliness of your department. The role emphasizes the ability to work systematically and take responsibility for daily smooth operations. You should be willing to share knowledge and skills within the team and learn from your colleagues. You are eager to utilize store systems to develop operations.
