Job Description
The Managing Consultant role involves building strong client and candidate partnerships through business development, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities include working with hiring managers to define job specifics, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, developing client relationships, prospecting new clients, providing project updates, and ensuring successful placements. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in staffing business development, client management, and a consultative approach. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
