Personal Assistant for Developmentally Disabled and Day Activities - Arjen Wire Oy - Jyväskylä, Finland

We are seeking personal assistants to join our growing team to support the daily lives and participation of our clients with developmental disabilities and other disabilities in day activities. As a personal assistant, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to enable clients to have meaningful, safe, and goal-oriented days. Your tasks include: Individual guidance and support in daily activities for clients; Planning, implementing, and evaluating group and recreational activities; Strengthening interaction, communication, and everyday skills; Supporting clients' functional capacity and well-being; Collaborating with relatives, housing units, and other networks; Documenting according to goals; Maintaining a safe and accessible environment. We expect from you: Customer-oriented and resource-focused approach; Good interaction and collaboration skills; Ability to act responsibly and flexibly in changing situations; Interest in developing activities and your own skills; Experience in the field of developmental disabilities is considered an advantage.
