ML Engineer - Gold Group - Remote - Global

We are building a foundational intelligence platform that transforms fragmented, proprietary information into durable institutional intelligence - enabling organisations to reason faster, preserve context, and compound knowledge over time. We are starting with information‑dense, judgment‑heavy industries where decision‑making under uncertainty is core. Long‑term, the platform is designed for any information‑led organisation where trust, provenance, and context matter. Our focus is not surface‑level AI features, but the intelligence substrate that workflows depend on. The role involves designing ML pipelines, building probabilistic reasoning models, developing systems to augment human judgment, defining evaluation metrics, and working closely with engineering teams to ensure robustness and scalability. Candidates should have strong foundations in NLP, information extraction, and representation learning, with a systems-oriented mindset and experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure. The position is based in London, with in-office work and WFH Wednesdays.
