Your tasks will include, among others: - Daily care and support for clients - Administering medication according to your competence - Supporting functional capacity and rehabilitative work - Collaborating with clients’ relatives and multidisciplinary team - Documenting care work in electronic systems. What do we expect from you? - Practical nurse qualification (or final stage studies) - Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - B driving license - Hygiene passport and valid medication licenses or readiness to obtain them.
