Role Overview: As a Permits and Administration Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and administrative execution of projects related to our Netherlands operations. The role requires strong organisational skills, experience with regulatory processes, and the ability to manage documentation, permits, and communication with government authorities. You will act as a key support function ensuring projects run smoothly and remain compliant with Dutch regulations. Key Responsibilities include providing administrative and coordination support, managing communication with Dutch authorities, preparing, submitting, and tracking permits, licenses, and official documentation, supporting processes related to permissions, commissions, and regulatory approvals, assisting with legal and compliance-related documentation, maintaining structured project documentation, files, and tracking systems, and monitoring deadlines. What we expect from you: Native-level proficiency in Dutch, familiarity with Dutch legal and administrative frameworks, professional working proficiency in English, proven experience in administrative or project support roles, basic knowledge of legal and compliance matters, strong organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Preferred qualifications include experience working with Dutch government bodies, permits, and regulatory processes, project coordination or administration, background in regulated industries, and experience in international teams.
