Job Description
Overall Description: Leads and manages the Global Hub People Operations Team and operations. Key Responsibilities include leading the Global Hub Administrators, ensuring quality and accuracy, guiding and supporting HR operations and administration processes using HR systems, managing data updates, employee movements, terminations, HR reporting, and more. Works in line with processes and service levels, establishes KPIs, promotes continuous improvement, oversees processes, reviews performance, supports process enhancements, provides guidance on complex cases, and coordinates with stakeholders for reporting. Success criteria include high quality and efficiency in HR activities and effective team leadership. Reports to the Head of Global People Operations with direct reports being the Global Hub People Operations Administrators. Location: Manila.
