Product Manager - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

The Product Manager will be responsible for existing and new product lines, both internally across departments such as operations, finance, marketing, R&D, and externally with customers abroad, including existing and new clients. The role involves acting as a point of contact and knowledge hub for all matters related to the product base of the industrial product division, managing all aspects of the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include market research, supporting R&D projects, developing new products with R&D project managers, prioritizing R&D projects, initial production planning, sales forecasting, managing beta sites, customer feedback, product coding, pricing, orders, production plans, and marketing strategies. The role also involves sales support, creating marketing materials, strategic planning using AI tools, expanding existing customer relations, product training, CRM updates, and competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a background in business, marketing, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering, high-level English skills, technical knowledge of industrial product lines, commercial experience, AI solutions familiarity, project management skills, proactive problem-solving, excellent interpersonal skills, commercial orientation, leadership ability, and willingness to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with flexible hours. The position is based in the Western Galilee, Israel, requiring four days on-site and one day remote after training.
