We are now looking for a Customer Advisor in Tampere. As a customer advisor at Terveystalo, you will perform diverse and challenging customer service tasks, utilizing and developing your skills in a motivated and enthusiastic team. We aim to provide first-class and personalized customer service, as every customer encounter is important to us. We support customer transactions at all stages, and friendly customer interaction is at the core of our service. Our customer service team is professional in customer encounters and responsible for the successful customer experience at Terveystalo. Your key tasks include ensuring smooth arrival, appointment bookings, and payment handling. You will guide customers both within the premises and at the service point, ensuring a seamless care pathway and creating a caring and safe environment. You may also perform quick tests and prepare consultation rooms based on your skills and interests. You will also handle daily operations and advise healthcare professionals with your expertise. The employment is full-time and permanent, with shifts between 6:45 and 22:00 throughout the year. We aim to consider different life situations and shift preferences in scheduling, with shifts planned collaboratively. The work is carried out in various units in Tampere. The minimum monthly salary for this demanding role in Terveystalo’s VR3 group is €2345.65, according to the collective agreement. Additional pay may include personal bonuses, responsibility supplements, and shift allowances.
