The shift manager leads their own shift, responsible for the smooth operation of the store and staff in the absence of the store manager or assistant manager. The role offers responsibility without the full burden. We value cheerful customer service attitude, experience in retail or service sector, interest in leadership, and Finnish language skills for customer service and complaints.
