We are currently seeking a work ability specialist for our headquarters in Helsinki for a fixed-term contract until the end of 2026. Tasks include training supervisors, supporting return to work, managing work ability processes, developing occupational well-being activities, and monitoring early support. Requirements include a relevant higher education degree, experience in work ability processes, and fluency in Finnish and English.
